Lions Awards

Surrey County Netball Association is asking for your help in saying a massive thank you to our huge volunteer workforce. The Surrey Lions Awards 2012 nominations are now open! There are 7 different categories that you can nominate people for.

  * Coach of the Year.
  * Umpire of the Year
  * Netball Teacher of the Year
  * Young Volunteer of the Year
  * Young Netballer of the Year
  * Long Service Award
  * Honorary Life Membership

You can download the nomination forms from the link below - Nominations Forms. You can type directly onto the form, save it and then email it to carol.mcgrail@btinternet.com. Alternatively, you can post your nomination forms back to Surrey Lions Awards Administrator, 28 West Hallowes, London SE9 4EX.

Nominations are open throughout the course of the season (September to April) and the Awards will be presented annually in June at the SCNA AGM. Nominations for this current season close at the end of April.
