WANTED - NETBALL COACH for REDHILL NETBALL CLUB (Posted 28 Nov 11)

Redhill Netball Club are looking for a new coach for the remainder of the 2011/12 netball season (and beyond) for our A and B teams. (This could be one person or two people taking responsibility for a team each). We train on Monday nights at Ifield Community College in Crawley, 8.00 – 9.30pm.

Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience and any qualifications.

Redhill Netball Club has been running for 60 years and is a well established club, with approximately 30 players of all ages who love netball.
Our A and B teams currently play in the following leagues:

Surrey - 1st team - Prem B Met - 1st team - Div 2
2nd team - Div 2 2nd team - Div 4

Alpha Netball Club are looking for a Level 1 & 2 Qualified Netball Coach. The Level 2 Coach will be Head Coach and the Level 1 Assistant Coach. The Head Coach must have a Level 2 Coaching qualification and the Assistant Coach a Level 1 Coaching qualification. Both will be required to work together to provide a high quality training session.

Alpha consists of 4 squads of 10 players approx per squad; all which attend training on a weekly basis. Training is on Wednesday evening from 7pm until 9pm in South London. The venue is yet to be confirmed but will be in the South London area, and will hopefully be near public transport.

Main duties of both coaches;

· Create a training programme for the Club for the season which runs from September until May (Head Coach takes lead for this)

· The club expects players to retain their own level of fitness so the focus should be more on fitness drills that incorporate skills and tactics

· Provide a structured generic training session for all squads for two hour on Wednesday evenings

· Pick key themes and initiatives for training sessions

· Observe matches at the end of training sessions and give feedback and make recommendations

· Be able to recognise talent and support the team ‘mentors’ and ‘captains’ in squad selections

· Help assess new players throughout the season and if they’re a good fit for Alpha

· We’re keen to develop the club and incorporate an additional coach to support the head coach once appointed.

Payment -

Head Coach - £20 per hour
Assistant Coach - £10 per hour

Gems Netball Club are looking for a new lead Coach, we are a Regional Club therefore we are hoping to obtain the services of an experienced coach.
We train on Tuesday evenings 8-9.30. p.m. at Holy Cross School Kingston. We have some coaches in the club who are happy to help the new coach at the training sessions if required, but we are hoping she/he will be able to attend some of the Regional and Poly Saturday games. Old Actonians Netball Club are looking for a coach for the forthcoming season to take on responsibility for two of our four teams.

We have four teams that play in the Middlesex County and Kingston leagues and span a wide range of netballing abilities. Our top team is aiming to challenge for a place in the London & South East Regional League.

We have an existing coach responsible for the two higher teams so are ideally looking for someone to coach the lower two teams which play in the lower divisions of the County and Kingston leagues but are nonetheless competitive and committed to training as well as matches.

You would be expected to take one training session a week and to attend Saturday matches if and when possible, although this is not essential.

Netball Coach - Whitton Junior Netball

Whitton Junior netball club are looking for coaches to join their team for September 2011. We are a Bronze CAPS club with 130 members from U10-U16. We run weekly training sessions at Lady Eleanor Holles School in Hampton and Stanley School in Teddington and compete in local and county leagues.

Ideally we are looking for qualified coaches but we are willing to pay for coaching courses for keen unqualified helpers.

Payment is according to level and by negotiation. We normally train on Mondays from 5-7.30 and Tuesday from 6.30-8pm but Sunday morning is also a possibility as are other weekdays.

Netball Coach - Teddington Netball Club

Teddington Netball Club are looking for a new coach for the 11/12 netball season who is available to train the club on a Wednesday night at Whitton School (now called Twickenham Academy) (indoors) from 20.30 – 22.00. We'd also like the coach to then be around for matches for the Kingston division games every other Saturday where possible. Rate of pay is negotiable.

Teddington is a well established, fun club of about 30 players who are keen, with the benefit of the right coach, to work hard and to continue improving and learning new skills. We currently have two squads which currently play in the following leagues:

Ideal candidates will have a sports qualifications as well as experience of working with young children.

You will join an elite group of Energy Kidz coaches running various after school clubs between 3.30pm and 4.30pm. This job is ideal for students or people who are looking to do some extra work.

Merton Merlin's are a fledgling Netball Club and are desperately seeking a Level 1 or 2 coach who is available on Tuesday evenings from 6.30 - 7.30pm. I currently coach the U13 girls but will be relocating in the new year for work so I am looking for someone to replace me.

We currently train at Raynes Park High School in Merton but are hoping to move to Ursuline High School in Wimbledon if a recent funding application is successful. We want to progress the club with friendly matches in the New Year and have an ultimate aim for regular league competitions from Sept 2010. We are very fortunate to have some keen parents who have agreed to be part of the committee.

There are some funds to pay your coaching expenses but there won't be large financial rewards I'm afraid. It is approximately £10 per hour depending on numbers attending.

This is the only Netball Club for Juniors in Merton and we really don't want to lose what has become a fun and friendly environment for girls in years 4-9 to develop their skills and keep active.
